Our latest star, we look forward to an extremely exciting future with this beautifully bred youngster. We were delighted when Leo was awarded a large Minor Puppy Dog Class against mostly much more mature competition at just 6 months of age at the Staffordshire Bull Terrier Society of NSW Inc 76th Championship Show at Easter 2004 under breed specialist Mrs Karen Tittle (U.K). On the same day, Leo performed beautifully to be awarded the Reserve award in the Dr Lois Davidson Best Young Australian under Mrs Linda Buckley (A.C.T) over dogs as much as 6 months older than him. He has continued along his winning way, with multiple class in group wins in the Minor Puppy, Puppy and Junior age groups, maturing to Best of Breed, Group and Class in Show wins. We were extremely excited when he went Reserve Challenge dog from more mature competition at the Sporting Terrier Club of Queensland August 2005 Championship Show from 120 Staffords under bull breeds specialist Mr David Hill (New Zealand). Leo was awarded his championship title the week following his second birthday, and still not fully mature he seems destined to follow in the incredibly successful footsteps of his multi Best In Show winning parents, having since taken out the prestigious Les Kendall Best Bred By Exhibitor award at the SBTS of NSW Inc 79th Championship Show under breed specialist judge Mrs Jean Hockey (Roughstock). With a stunning pedigree, we now look forward to Leo's contribution to our kennel as a stud dog, with his first litters expected in 2006.
